擅长通过自体干细胞移植治疗 薄型子宫内膜导致的不孕症、生化妊娠及反复胚胎着床失败。

擅长通过自体干细胞移植治疗 卵巢早衰导致的不孕症，改善自卵自怀妊娠结局。

擅长治疗先天性无阴道综合征（Mayer-Rokitansky-Kuster-Hauser，MRKH 综合征）、始基子宫等先天性生殖器畸形导致的高难度取卵手术。

擅长经腹、经阴道残端及经直肠等复杂取卵手术。

杨博士主要研究成果还包括“开拓性的胚胎植入前遗传学筛查(PGS)阵列比较基因组杂交(ZCGHY)” 和 “创业鉴定蛋白标记物在体外成熟(IVM)人类的卵母细胞” ，

单个囊胚移植以及联合应用NGS后移植对IVF患者的临床妊娠和持续妊娠结局的影响。

此外，杨博士著有40多篇科学文章和研究报告，并相继在美国各大生殖刊物和国际性辅助生殖技术会议上发表。

杨博士在基因筛选方面的研究成果已经成为国际许多生殖科学发展的科学基础。

擅长治疗：

BRCA1 和 / 或 BRCA2 基因突变引起的家族遗传性乳腺癌、卵巢癌；

肌肉营养不良症（Muscular dystrophy）；

镰刀型红细胞贫血（Sickle cell anemia）；

亨廷顿舞蹈症（Huntington’s disease）；

囊性纤维化（Cystic fibrosis）；

脆性 X 染色体综合征（Fragile-X syndrome）；

家族黑矇性癡呆症（Tay-Sachs disease）

以上疾病病患家庭求子者，可通过最先进的 PGT-M 产前单基因筛查技术为上述基因遗传病病患家庭孕育健康宝宝，斩断以上基因遗传病的家族遗传链条。
